Please note that Miss Shamim Abbas, is not happy with this repair. If she was promised a new lab top then they need to supply her with one. Please escalate this matter as the customer is still within CPA and we would not like her going to CC.

Re: I.D number 7205210226088. The above contract was taken out a month ago I received the modem a week later due to no stock in-store. My current contract upgrade was due to start the 1st of May 2013 and I was advised not to use it until the contract was activated. When I received the modem with the first sim swap I tried to activate it with no success I went back 2nd sim swap done still the computer refuse to even access the modem. I took the computer into the store twice 2nd time it refuse to come on as Thuli tried to see where the problem was the Modem or the Computer. She took the computer back saying she was going to send it back to her supplier which happens to be HP and they promise to replace me with a new Laptop I was told to wait for 7 working days. No one has called within that period or to give an update as to what's going on. I called
