I had a data contract with Altech AutoPage Cellular where I was getting 250MB PM.. I initially I was given a Sim card plus a Modem in Year 2010... My contract was due for an upgrade January 2012 but I only did an upgrade June 2012 to get an HP Laptop, cell phone, new Modem (cell c) plus a voice minutes (100 PM) and a once off Cell C 24GB ..The only things that were delivered in July was just a modem plus a phone... After 3 months (August 2012). My laptop was delivered late and I was told that I was going to be automatically ported to Cell C,
After 3 months from June, My Vodacom data sim card was deactivated by Altech AutoPage Cellular.. When I called them they told me that the new contract I've upgraded to came with sim cards that I should use them ..I tried calling them from September (2012) to give me these new sim cards (Cell C Voice minute sim plus 24GB data bundles) since I was not given them in June but no one seem to help me... A person who called me and made me sign this contract was nicky meyer .. I try getting hold of him from September and he is ignoring my emails and calls ..
If I phone to the customer care line and tell them my query they just escalate my call
