On thursday 12 september 2013 i received sms advising that i have "successfully upgraded" and my next upgrade will be on 12-09-2015. this sms was later followed by another sms advising that "i have succesfully loaded a 150mb bolt of data bundle" . this is a devastating shock of my life time.
with mixed feelings of anger, frustration and dissapointment, i called the customer care line *808* on friday 13 September 2013. the consultant (Lesego) i spoke to confirmed that the upgrade did take place at Killarney mall MTN Outlet.
He(Lesego) advised that i do an affidavit and forward to his fax number, which i did on the same date i.e Friday 13-09-2013. i have not heard anything from him ever since.
on Sunday 15-09-2013 i decided to go to the Killarney mall MTN outlet to gain better understanding of what is happening on my MTN top up contract account. the consultant whom i was dealing with is Linda.
she checked on her system and pulled out a report showing that the upgrade was processed by Jo-Anne Pretorius at the Three Rivers MTN.
I was advised by Linda to do an affidavit again in order for her log an investigation with the mtn dept.
I am not happy with this "no progress"
