Would like to report some absolutely shocking service from the MTNSP Retentions dept
I recently 15/10/2013 upgraded my contract, but have been battling ever since to have them honour the recurring monthly data promised
14/10/2013 - I applied online for the Samsung S4 mini on anytime 200 upgrade
15/10/2013 - a Consultant called (Nobisa, I think) and processed the upgrade, being a loyal customer, the upgrade fee was waived along with a general discount of R700. (This has since been processed and is reflected on my latest invoice). I was also told that the contract contains 200 free mins, 25 SMS & 350Mb of data,
16/10/2013 - Received handset
The 350Mb of data has NOT been forthcoming to date even after numerous calls to their retentions dept.
21/10/2013 - Spoke to Judith - no luck she said someone would call me back - still waiting
22/10/2013 - Spoke to Bianca - no luck said her supervisor would call me after 12h00, Someone called me (I think Rebelani) at around 18h00 that evening, but it was a bad line, & I asked him to call me back in the morning - I'm still waiting for that call.
24/10/2013 - tried calling again, but after being cut off twice I gave up.
MTN PLEASE RESOLVE ASAP!
