Upgrade of contract with Vodacom

My contract was due for an upgrade end of September. I went to a Vodacom outlet to consider my options ito possible contracts and was advised by Vodacom that my contract was already upgraded. I was rudely told that I had to phone the migration department and that they cannot assist me any further. Several calls later, I finally managed to speak to 1 competent person who notified me that the contract was upgraded on the internet and that the handset was delivered via courier to some address in Roodepoort on 03/10/2013. I was then told that they cannot assist me further and that I had to fax an affidavit etc to fax number given, before they can lodge an investigation. The info was sent and since the 05/12/2013 I am struggling to obtain feedback from Vodacom. Every time I do an e-mail a person respond saying they are looking into it or they are investigating it or they requested the phone recording. Today I phoned again, just to hear they are still investigating the matter. This is ridiculous the culprit is still out there while this investigation is hanging in the air and doing exactly the same to other. The public must be aware of the poor service & latest schemes
