Upgrading

It was time to upgrade one of my three contracts with mtn. The data bundle 0832927946 expires 3 October 2013. I decided to take out a new phone for my fiance, so I took out a BlackBerry 9720. Mtn meyerton did the upgrade for me. The next day I realized that the simcard is still on data and not on the top-up I chose, so I went back to mtn meyerton and the consultant saw that the upgrade wasn't processed and did it again. The consultant told me that it will update in the next 24 hours. That was on Saturday 28 September. Today 30 September the phone was cut of... My installments are always payed on time but I get cut of when I upgrade to something more expensive which is supposed to be better for the service provider. I DO NOT WANT THE PHONE ANYMORE AND WILL NOT TAKE OUT ANYMORE CONTRACTS FROM MTN AGAIN. I want to return the phone as it has not being used yet and go back to the data bundle that expires the 3rd of October. And I do not want an upgrade anymore or a renewal on that particular contract.
