End of Cellphone Contract

My cellphone contract ended in 31 August 2013. I contacted the Nashua branch in Quigney on the 29 July 2013 advising them that I will not be taking an upgrade and I will keep my number on prepaid. The lady I spoke to never did the migration, she just advised me to send in a letter to advise them that I will not take an upgrade and that I want my number on prepaid. I emailed the letter on the same day. I was advised that my last debit order will be on the 31 August 2013. My invoice for August was almost double the amount I usually pay. I contacted Head office on 30 August 2013 (Was never happy with the service at the Quigney branch) and the Lady I spoke to advised me that nothing was done on my account. She did the migration for me only then AND ADVISED ME THAT MY LAST DEBIT ORDER WAS FOR AUGUST, . Then last week I received an invoice for September :-? I contacted Head office again and I was advised that the migration was done to late, i was suppose to advise them before that. The more i tried to tell the consultant that its not the first time that i contacted Nashua about this, on the 29th July i contacted Nashua and i told them. I AM NOT HAPPY ABOUT THIS AT ALL! bad service!!!
