Complete and Utter Lack of Knowledge

Never in my life have I been so frustrated..your data call centre agents need training. EMIRATES is an airline, asking me what EMIRATES is does not instil any confidence in your company. I speak to 1 consultant who tells me I may use my top-up phone overseas, another tells me data services do not apply on top-up packages. I also get told you have no roaming agreements with Emirates, OnAir or AeroMobile but you do have agreements with Dubai and Australia.
Can I please get an answer from someone who knows what the they're talking about?? Can I use either of my phones, top-up, smart S not L on the plane??
