MTN IS A BAD SERVICE PROVIDER!!

I bought a new Sony Xperia S tablet on contract. Had it for 3 weeks. Took it in for repairs the week of August 16th. 2 weeks had gone by, and I haven't heard anything. Then I went to the store Thursday, August 22nd. Whereby JP assured he will contact me Friday 23 Aug. Only on Monday they returned my call stating that the tablet went in for warranty assessment.

But no on could say how long it will take.

2 September I ringed them again. Still no valid reason as to why it is taking so long. Wednesday 10 September I spoke to an Edgar, whom assured me that by the end of the work week they will have some feedback and still nothing. On Monday 16 September, I received a phone call stating that the Sony repair shop must send some number through enabling MTN Paarl Mall to issue a new tablet. Its been 4 weeks already!!! How long does a person have to wait? Its an utter disgrace. And to add insult to injury, I've basically been paying for something THAT IS NOT IN MY POSSESSION!!

I want this sorted out immediately! Or I will have to report this to the press and other institutions!!!

BAD BAD BAD SERVICE!!! I HAVE WASTED MY TIME AND RESOURCES TO GET FEEDBACK FROM THEM! UTTER DISGRACE
