I called in to cancel my contract. Contract taken out in 2019, they have debited my account for 6 years despite me not having the card

I called in to cancel my contract. they dropped the call on me. the contract was taken out in 2019. it is now 2024. My account has been debited for 6 years. I have been civil and have called numerous times and spoken to agents who assured me that the contract will be cancelled yet my account is still being debited. Today I called, 3 April 2024 and the woman put the phone down on me.
