Lack of Service: No delivery

On Sunday the 18th day of August 2013 my mother applied for a contract with Vodacom for the sony xperia Z Tablet. They informed us that they would have it by Wednesday the 21st day of August 2013. When we went to Vodacom on Wednesday they informed us that they still didn't receive anything and were still waiting for it, but it will be there by Thursday or Friday the 23rd day of August 2013. After numerous calls to Vodacom on Thursday the 22nd day of August 2013 and Friday the 23rd day of August 2013, we were informed that they still didn't receive anything and that they will phone us as soon as they received it, but can't tell us when. It is unacceptable to wait longer as it is almost a week that we have been waiting.
