Double debit order out of my will

Hi I have a complaint about teljoy.
1. Deduct my money twice without my will
2. The are asking for bank statements everymonth and its costing me. Their system shows that m not paying and i tried to send proof almost every month now they are making it a norm that i must send statement.
I have debit oder with them to avoid such but nothing helped. My phone show all debit oders including theirs but they say it doest appear on their side. M tired of teljoy. Please assist
