Samsung Tablet Claim from insurance

I took out vodacom insurance on my samsung Tab 10.1 tablet. The screen shattered. Took it to Clearwater Mall who said it will take a week. Brought it to Cresta repairs who send it off to repairs on 5 November. I recieved an sms in the first week to say its at repairs. I have not heard from then since. I phoned about 3 weeks ago. Got told to come in, got here, got send up to vodashop as vodacom repairs did not have 10.1 imodel n stock. Went there, got send back to repairs. Got here, spoke to Ricardo who passed the buck, saying he is only the sales manager and he has nothing to do with insurance. Phoned on Monday to order new stock, Ricardo assured the lady who phoned on my behalf my new tablet will be here today (thursday). I phoned this morning and got assured that the 10.1 has arrived and I can come and pick it up. Got here, Samantha told me that the insurance cannot pick up the claim, and that they only have the notebook 3 in stock. I have been waiting since 14:45, am still waiting. Clearly there is a miscommunication between repair shop and insuarance. And my problem is still not solved. Very frurstrating, which I believe could have been avoided. Still no tablet!
