POOR SERVICE OFFERED TO LOYAL PAYING CUSTOMERS

I wont bore the recipient with info relating to the Mweb debacle of implementing their AUP to which almost all their customers are complaining about "what" is the magical data figure. So I have been warned 3 times and hav been inforead that my Internet connection will be "slowed" down as of 01 September. I then signed on2 a new ISP nd when I canclled with Mweb (begin of August) they informed me they will only release line back to Telkom end of September. I accepted all of this frustration but now recently, I didnt expect my Internet connection 2 be so severely impacted by this! I have admittedly informed Mweb representative, on more than one occasion upon signing up for their 1 mb data uncapped unshaped product for R339 per month LAST YEAR March, that I will be using torrent downloading. I download books and software etc. for my personal research etc. This past weekend, I noticed a sudden drop in my connection. When I exited my torrent manager, I CANNOT EVEN LOAD A SINGLE WEB PAGE. I tried to upload pictures to FB & what was once took 2 min Doesnt happen at all!! I hav cancelled with Mweb long in advance but now I am stuck with this 4 the next 2 weeks! Why dont u unthrottle me?
