On the 20/07/2023 at 07;15 am I requested an uber with a gift card, I did not get any driver and took alternative transport to the airport, 2 hours later I received a receipt of R72 the driver called Andile confirmed the ride although he did not pick me up, I need a refund or I will take the matter further, this is fraud.
