Went to sort out a vodacom contract that didint work, at the vodacom customer care shop in menlyn shopping centre, I was told by the consultant that there was no contract of any sort on my name on the system, when I asked what to do about it is was told by the consultant to simply open an new contract with vodacom as they do not have anything of me. Went to the vodashop in menlyn to do as I was told, yet aggain same answer from a consultant, no existing contract with vodacom, so n opened an new contact. A few months later vodacoms attorneys contacts me to pay a amount of R1920 for the "missing" contract that all of the sudden re-appeard. I immediately phoned vodacom to find out what the problem was, I was told its the old contract that they couldn't pic up and I need to pay it, I explained what happened at the customer care and vodashop and asked to speak to someone that can tell me waht to do, and couldn't be provided to me, no feedback was given back to me, I paid the outstanding amount to keep my name cleared in order not to get a back credit record, just to find out that vodacom allready blacklisted me, no written notice was given by vodacom that I was being listed
