Very Bad Service

On Friday (2 August) I wanted to take out a contract with Vodacom and a consultant phoned me back from the online services. She did a credit check and I was cleared to receive the phone and contract. Delivery was to take place today (6 August), but nothing happened. When I phoned Vodacom I was told nothing had been done on my number, and that I could not take out the contract as I was not a main account holder. On Friday Vodacom explained to me that TopUp135 does not qualify as a contract and therefore I could take out a contract and retain the same number. Nothing has been done, today Vodacom is giving me a lot of redtape and are unwilling to do the contract. They are even denying that anything was logged on their system. I am very upset as their consultant took all my personal details, and now I am wondering if Vodacom will be responsible if that person uses my particulars for purposes? Also I waited all day for the delivery of my phone, without Vodacom even informing me that there was a problem.
