My line has been cut due to unpaid account, but there is money in my account to be deducted. I would like them to do it but they want to charge me DOUBLE!!! for the monies bouncing back cause i was 3 cents short! I don't understand how they can charge double for that when my bank doesn't even do that nor any other company I have done business with! I think this is an outrage. They are supposed to the cheapest network at the moment and the best, well so I thought until now! They are like criminals. They can take the months months charges, but they MAY NOT take extra they want to charge me. I will be changing service providers as I am so disappointed by being robbed and let down by this network that I have been encouraging everyone I know to join. I cannot use my phone at all except for emergency calls. How will I be able to contact anyone in case of an emergency or they contact me if they have the decency to do so???
