AND VODACOM DON'T WANT TO HELP

I'VE BEEN WITH VODACOM FOR LAST 10 YEARS, AND NEVER HAVE I EXPERIENCED THIS SORT OF . MY MOTHER HAS A CONTRACT WITH VODACOM AND 3 SEPERATE ACCOUNTS UNDER THIS CONTRACT. ABOUT 3 MONTHS AGO VODACOM SIM LOCK OUR PHONE FOR A OUTSTANDING ACCOUNT. WE DISCOVERED THAT WE WERE PAYING A ADDITIONAL CONTRACT THAT WE DIDN'T KNOW ABOUT SINCE 2011, WE ASKED VODACOM TO GIVE US THE CONTACT DETAILS, AND THEY REFUSED TO HELP US, UNLESS WE PAY THE OUTSTANDING AMOUNT OF R 4500.00 AND PROVIDE THEM WITH SIGNED AFFIDAVIT. STATE-TING ITS OUR CONTRACT. WE TOLD THEM THIS IS NOT OUR CONTRACT AND WE SHOULD NOT BE LIABLE FOR THIS AMOUNT. STILL THEY REFUSED TO HELP US, I CONTACTED THE SERVICE PROVIDER / CALL CENTRES. WE HAVE DONE EVERYTHING THEY ASKED US TO DO, AND STILL NO MOVEMENT OR ANY PROGRESS ON VODACOM SIDE. ITS BEEN MORE THAN 3 MONTHS AND THIS STILL HASN'T BEEN RESOLVED. I'M DISGUSTED BUT MOSTLY DISAPPOINTED IN VODACOM'S CLIENT SERVICE AN LACK OF PROFESSIONALISM TO THIS MATTER. I MYSELF WORK IN TELECOMMS. AND THIS IS BAD FOR BUSINESS. NEVER HAVE I BEEN TREATED LIKE THIS. YOU WILL NEVER FIND THIS TYPE OF BEHAVIOUR BY MTN, CELL C.
