ILLEGAL ACCOUNT IN MY NAME!!!

I have 1 Vodacom contract- by chance (after being offered an upgrade on BOTH of my contract) I realized that there was a second contract illegally opened in my name. I went to 2 Vodacom outlets (a vodashop and a Vodacom customer care centre) They claimed to place a block on the number and the account and asked me to go to the customer care centre for more assistance. At the customer care centre the guy whom assisted me was almost irritated by my query and told me that there is nothing he can do but investigate and will contact me within 48hour... ITS BEEN 2 WEEKS!!! My bank account was credited again for the cost of this contract and I have had no assistance at all!!! I want this issue to be addressed with urgency and to be compensated for the 11 months I have paid for this contract!!! My next step is the consumer protection tribunal. This is blatant and I will not allow for this to go unpunished... It is one thing making a mistake (like Vodacom has made in this case) its a completely different thing if they couldn't even bother to pick up the phone and assist me in sorting out their mess!!! I will never recommend Vodacom because of poor service
