My voicemail (082 872 3187) has not been working for about 2 years now and i've gone to vodacom outlets at Greenstone shopping centre to sort it out and i have phoned vodacom and have been told that i need to go too Vodacom Customer Care too get it sorted and i do not have time to go sit there and sort it out. I have never asked for my voicemail to be stopped and cannot understand why it was and i need this sorted out today. Also i have a data contract with vodacom and the contract has expired and i have tried too phone to cancel the contract by phoning to port the number to pre-paid but i cannot get through too the numbers on the vodacom website and the number rings with no answer and i am just over it. This contract my ex-wife has and i need it off my name ASAP. Please help me sort these issues out that i have.
