I had water damage on my cellphone on Thursday last week. I asked them for a quote. The person suppose to look at the phones wasn't there on Friday and I had to wait for Saterday. On Saterday I gave them a call to find out what is going on with my phone. A lady told me that it would cost R380 to fix my phone. I then told her that I would come get my phone on Monday (today) as I wanted to get a few other quotes first. I went to the shop today to get my phone only to have them tell me that it has already been worked on. They didn't know what to do about it and said they would call me back. I had to call them because nobody let me know what was going on. When I called the person that I spoke to he had no idea what I was talking about and gave the phone to Jan le Roux, the manager. He was very rude on the phone and blamed me for the mistake that they made. He said that I had a choice of taking my phone back, after they took out their parts, or I can get a discount or I can pay it at the end of the month. When I said that I should get a discount (as promised) he said that I wouldn't be able to afford the full price anyway. I have never been this insulted in my life!
