Where is my phone???

I went to upgrade on the 28 Dec. They phone me on Tuesday the 8 Jan to tell me the phone is ready for collection. I told them I can't come before the weekend. When I got there on Friday (11 Jan), they could not find my phone. They showed me that they did receive it in their log book but could not find it in the shop. On Saturday (12 Jan) they phoned and at the end said that a trainee was working in the shop and messed up the phones. The manager did confirm that my phone was in the shop the Thursday. They arranged that the phone will be delivered on Monday (14 Jan). After 14:00 on Monday they phoned and said that they cannot send me a phone since I already collected the phone. I don't even know the branch mentioned and the ID number of the person that collected the phone did not match my ID number and even the name is totally different (same surname). They gave me a name in head office to spoke to, the person does not even work at Nashua Mobile Head Office. Due to all the it would not surprise me if the phone was in the shop and they are covering this.
