On 4/4/2013 my car went for service & repairs and I was asked to pay in advance R23852.88 in full. I paid same day. My car was kept there from 4/4/2013 until 13/04/2013. After many phone calls being put on hold & transferred from one extension to the other I went to the store to find out why it is still there. I found it parked and collecting dust. I was told that they are waiting for the parts that are coming in few days. I asked that I take it back and will bring it in when they call after receiving the parts. I spoke to the manager about my unhappiness due to lack of communication from his store. he gave me his word and promised to call me on Monday. He even said he will be useless if doe not call me on Monday because it is his duty to help all his clients. He didn't call. I phone in on Tuesday and I was told he is not available. On 17/04/2013 to say he has not forgotten about my case. I never heard from him since, until I called him again on 02/05/2013 and he said there is nothing he can do but apologize. he even promised to give me a discount. he said my car parts we coming in the afternoon. Today is 13/05/2013 and I am still waiting for the call from Peugeot Hatfield.
