My wife bought a new phone witch took a micro sim card she took it to N1 city branch for a sim swap .after paying she receive the simcard witch was suppose to work the next day on the thusday so she went back on the thursday after finding that its not working they told here it will work on friday the next day so she went back friday and they told here saterday but then she went to airport brach they then told her there that see must have my id and a letter and she must go back to that branch @ N1 she went bac and they took everything from here but never told here she needs that and told her it will work on Saterday, saterday there they wqere off line back sunday morning and they said the next day n monday still nothing on thuesday i went with so he was by now sick of her face comning everyday so bi like just said (its not working cause you in arrears without checking but we know our account is up to date) there were other people in that shop and humilihated us before everyone weleft and try there call centre not one seems to know what was we suppose to do they send us from one to another eventoirely a lady said it cant be done so i just laugth it has cost us petrol money and time
