Worst Service overall

The worst service ever!!!
On 10/09/2013 I handed in my phone for water damage, 2 weeks later no call from them! I called and either there number is busy or the phone 082 13516 is just ringing and the same with the 012 348 4810. Eventually after 2 hours I got answer and the person said that the quote is R900 to repair and that the price doesn't sound correct but he will double check and he will phone me back within an hour. 2 Hours later I call back as they didn't and spoke to the same person Nick. Nick said that he checked and the confirmed the price. On 24/09/2013 I sent my wife to collect the phone, sorry they say the quote was wrong and the new price is R2999. I accepted the quote, today is 18/10/2013 and my phone is currently in for assessment for another quotation. How many quotes do I have to accept? Godfrey promised I'll get my phone Wednesday and I am really sure that won't happen. Really bad service!!! You will never see me again.
