FALSE INFORMATION GIVEN BY THE CONSULTANT

I HAVE SENT MY PHONE FOR REPAIRS IN 2010 WHERE THE MOTHER BOARD OF MY CELLPHONE WAS CHANGED WHILE MY PHONE WAS STILL UNDER WARRANTY, I WAS CALLED TO COME FETCH MY PHONE WHERE THE CONSULTANT EXPLAINED TO ME THAT THE MOTHER BOARD OF MY PHONE WAS CHANGED BUT I WAS NOT GIVEN ANYTHING TO PROVE THAT THE PHONE HAS BEEN CHANGED AND WHEN I ASKED HIM HE TOLD ME THAT WHEN I BRING IT FOR REPAIRS NEXT TIME IT HAS A NEW GUARANTEE SINCE IT IS A NEW PHONE EXCEPT THE COVER IS STILL OLD I MUST JUST BRING THE ONLY THE RECEITS THAT THEY GAVE ME WHEN THEY BOOK IN THE PHONE. tHEN LAST YEAR DECEMBER THE 24TH MY PHONE EXPERIENCED THE SAME PROBLEM WHERE I HAD TO TAKE IT BACK TO THE SAME PLACE THE WAY THEY TOLD ME TO BRING THE RECEITS NOT THE PROOF OF PURCHASE. THE CONSULTANT WAS NOT WILL TO ASSIST SINCE WAS ALMOST XMAS, THERE WAS A LADY THAT TOLD ME THAT IT WILL TAKE MORE THAN 21 DAYS FOR THE PHONE TO BE FIXED WHERE I INSISTED TO LEAVE THE PHIONE SINCE IT WAS USELESS TO KEEP A PHONE THAT WAS NOT WORKING. She booked the phone in and she also did not take the proof of purchase where she confirmed that they will not require the proof of purchase but the receit that i received from them. I was contacted
