I cancelled my MWEB ADSL line last year March, have the email trail to prove it, but they continued to take money off my account.
A few months ago I noticed this, and had a MASSIVE fight with them to get them to stop taking the money off my account and to give me a refund, they eventually adknowledged that this was their fault and refunded me.
BUT low and behold... they continue to take the money off my account.
I am not going to call you... you can call me.
