I took a contract for a bb 9320 in july 2012, through rewards co for vodacom.they billed me R65 extra for 5 months after resolving the issue and that was after I complained on hellopeter. just after a year the phone started switching off on its own, i sent it in for repairs and they requested a proof of purchase becuase the phone is out of warranty and not listed on their system. i sen tthem the invoice and the phoen was fixed adn returned. 4 months later the phone is switching off on its own again but this time even worse. i booked the phone in for repairs on 18 decemeber and called them today 6 Jan to find out why so long and the reapir centre tells me they sent my phone back to the store on the 27th of dec because the repair centre requested a proof of purchase from the store and they couldnt provide one. i called the chatsworth branch, they couldnt find the phone and said they will call me back after 10 mins. i called them back an hour later and they found the phone and wanted me to send a proof of purchase so that they can book it in again. They didnt even bother to ask how i got this phone, but just knew i had to pay. i am upset cos I receved bad service and a faulty phone
