Warantee on Black Berry Bold

I had problems with my Black Berry's keyboard and scroller, I took my phone in 3 weeks ago and was told I could get a new phone as my phone is still under warranty.
I got my phone February this year.

I was at the MTN shop Irene Mall myself, my phone was send in for repairs because someone apparently made a mistake by sending the phone in for repairs and I was once again
told it would be sorted out and I could get a new phone.

No one contacted me regarding the phone. So I called in today. It was said I could come fetch my phone. Again there was nothing done about this!

One of your people big time!

I did bring in my phone with the box and everything as I was told and again I was told today to bring in the box!!! So where is the box then that I gave you guys?

MTN Irene Mall's service is terrible

Please do something about this, how can it take 3 weeks to sort this out???
