I also have problems with my Blackberry 9900. Its now 3 and a half months that I'm struggling to get my phone fix. My blackberry started to switch of and reboot all by it self, then to put a cherry on the cake, deleting contacts, sms's, bb messages and now I can't even type a message, it brings up the symbols block and then you can press any key, nothing its stuck. I phone MTN in Queenstown, they said that if I came to town again I must bring the phone in. I went 2 weeks ago, they do not have lend out phones any more, so I said no because we live in the rural area's near the Transkei, I need my phone. So I decide that I first need to find a back up phone and the I sent mine away. Last week I went back, the lady said, yes she sent it in for repairs but I must first bring proof its mine phone. I got it at their store end of February, she does remember me but she is not going to sent it in until I bring proof that its mine phone. Why didn't she told me to bring my contract papers along the first time I was their. I drove 125km just to find out that she is not going to take my phone and sent it away before proof that its my phone.
