MTN refuses to send me my proof of purchase

I have a contract with MTN and my iPhone just suddenly stopped working, so I took it to the service centre in Pietermaritzburg and they said I require a proof of purchase in order to book it in for repairs. As it was an upgrade, I did everything over the phone (808), so I suspect that getting a proof of purchase wouldn't be a problem, after 6 calls with the callcentre (MTNSP) and having to ask 173 agents to transfer me to 808 on all occasions, I still haven't received it which means my phone is lying aimlessly and I cannot get it fixed.

I tried @mtnzaservice to help and they didn't, this is my last hope, all I want is a proof of purchase to be sent to me on email so that I can get this phone fixed. I am so sick and tired of begging people to send it to me. This is my last hope.
