I have been contacting Virgin for over 4 months now regarding their Premium SMS service that doesnt work, I have patiently been waiting while they try figure out what the problem is.
The past weekend I had a medical emergency and needed to sms my medical aid, but ofcoarse the service wasn't working.
I am absolutely disgusted with the level of customer support/lack there of!
When the time comes for renewal don't come knocked at my door.
Absolutely pathetic!!
