Such Bad Service

My son dropped his Samsung S3 and the screen shattered. I had insurance on the phone so I went to Altech Autopage for it to be sent away and fixed. This was the 16 September. Two weeks later they messaged me to collect the phone. It had not been repaired as the shop had forgotten to send the proof of purchase with the repair. It is now the 31 October and we still do not have the phone. I have phoned a number of times and spoken to them asking when it will be ready. No-one can help you, you cannot get hold of the repair department, all altech do is send a message to the repair department requesting that they phone the client which they never do.
It was their fault in the begining, so why is it so hard for someone to take responsibility and say sorry, but we will sort this out and get your phone to you asap. Instead their bad service and absolute lack of customer interest is what continues to be their best asset. Altech Autopage is the absolute pits and i will never again use them!!!
