No Network Coverage!!

Once again Virgin Mobile has proved that they utterly useless as a Service Provider. After having made 5 calls to their wonderful customer services and technical support im still left with no cellphone coverage, when I contacted them at 8.45am I was told it would be sorted out in 30mins and I should call back to confirm, I ask Kasani if they were aware of the issue and was told no, a client must call in and let us know! Its 2.15 and I still have no converage and the attitudes from their staff is disgusting, not too mention some cannot even speak english properly and sound as if they are doing you a favour by talking to you on the phone. Supervisors are never available when you need them, they VERY busy. (Doing what?) Now im told that their IT dept is working on the issue and it will only be sorted out in 24hours... make one wonder how long is 24hours in Virgin Mobile's world, in the mean time i'm losing out on business because my mobile phone is unreachable... Is Virgin Mobile going to compensate me for ths?
