Another misleading false promise from Virgin

1 would think Virgin who are behind on handsets and deals offered would work to maintain clientelle with good service but sadly this is not the case -instead they offer empty promises that result in you getting the run around. I have been a loyal Virgin mobile client for 4 yrs now paying religeously every month however due to retrenchment. About a year ago I had to go into debt review this however never effected my payment to Virgin but now after my 2 year contracts on my lines were up for renewal I was told that they were unable to assist & as a result my line would be cancelled after the contract term was up. This response from virgin however didn't come until after their customer service had messed me around, made false promises & wasted my time. First I was told it would not be a problem aslong as the upgrade was the same or less than my current package, day later I was told that they needed a letter from my debt co to approve the apgrade and was again promised I would then be upgraded.. After submiting this I was then told I wasn't able to upgrade but could move to a smaller package just to be told the day after that I was totally declined? Pathetic & attitude
