Lack of communication and poor quality products

On November i bought a Z10 blackberry phone, it then kept pestering me about software update and January i updated the software then some other apps and the camera stopped working. I then took it in to Eastgate Vodacare and i was told that it will take 2-3working days if its a minor repair and 7-14days if its a major repair. In the 1st week, there were sms communication regarding the whereabout of the cell phone and now its been a week and i have no update as to how far the repairs are. How do i buy a cell phone and in less than two months its in for repairs? No one wants to buy a product and within few weeks its in for repairs, and after that it feels like you are using damaged goods as its software incompetent and youll dont even know how to go about getting your own products right. What does that mean "poor quality of products". I have been a loyal customer of vodacom since ive owned a cell phone and i have never been disappointed in this poor quality than i am now. Its clear change is the only thing left, other networks out there are in need of my money as Vodacom cannot deliver on quality service and products.
