I upgraded my contract on the first week of Feb and choose the Blackberry 9320 via the Call centre. All was ok & i received my phone in two days. During the 1st week i could not link my email for over a week. i called Vodacom call centre. The consultant could not pick up my phone's IMEI on their system, eventually she told me it could be a used phone or not registered with Vodacom. After she could not explain to me how that happens, she told me they would load my pohone on the network. after a copule of days and numerous calls it was connected. then 6 weeks later at the end of March, the camera just could not open and the media button did not open my photos & videos in the SD card. Next thing i got a pop up message to restore, after clicking Restore, all my items were gone. I have lost everything that was saved in the card. when i took my phone to the Vodacare shops, they have to take the phone for 7 - 14 working days.
This is bull... i use this phone a lot for business & personal and receive a lot of emails. they even tell me i may lose data again even Contacts. they say it needs new software. After all these year im dissappionted in Vodacom for giving me a faulty fone. WHY
