Poor service delivery and unhelpful staff

I have had shocking 3G reception for my blackberry since march. I went to the east rand mall cell c branch in June asking why I was battling so much to access internet, Facebook, news 24, whatsapp and BBM. The guy there said you were "upgrading" your system and in a month it would be upgraded and the internet services would be better. this never occurred. The last 3weeks it has been almost impossible to get whatsapp, Facebook, news24, even BBM to work the whole day. I continually have to refresh my network connection. So I went back to the east rand mall branch to find out why. I was told it was due to them "upgrading their system" AGAIN! What a convenient excuse for not providing a service I PAY FOR! AND I thought I'd give the "new" capped blackberry BIS a go, and guess what, once again its as shocking as before they changed it. My contract was for uncapped BIS and now I get service for the same price and I get less!
Oh, another thing, I took my cell phone contract out in march 2012, WHY can I only cancel my contract in JUNE next year? I didn't sign up for 26months! The lady at the east rand mall cell c was too uninterested and lazy to help me find out why this is incorrect.
