Dear Cell C today I have once again realised how much I despise you. I have been trying to do a sim-swap for the past week but every time the store in East Rand Mall seems to come up with a new excuse. Today I waited in line for more than 30 mints when one of your unfriendly/ unhelpful/ rude employees helped another client and ignored me. If it was possible I would cancel my contract with you. Today was just the last straw I have had it with the horrible service at the East Rand branch!!! Cell C will have to take a good long look at their staff staining BECAUSE IT!!!
I am more than angry!!!
I am sick of bad service so do smoothing about it!!!
