Getting Poor Reception @ East Rand Mall since November 2013. Reported it a few times. Received Ref nos but no one calls back with a report. I have a Blackberry Z10. I have to keep switching my Network Off then On every hour or so to get Messages or bbms or emails. Whenever my wife calls, she tells me my phone is off. This happens @ the East Rand Mall where I work. At home (Actonville) the 3G doesn't work, Keeps showing EDGE. This also occurred recently. My sister renewed her Cell C contract & got a Samsung S4. Shes also having an issue with the 3G Network. I have been to Durban during End December & Beginning of January. No Problems There. Works fine. Phone also Displays "H" in certain areas. Only place I have the network issues is at my place of work. I ported to Cell C in March 2013. Biggest mistake. I didn't realize that Cheap Calls & Cheap Internet meant Network. Im going back to MTN when my contract expires. MTN might be expensive, but they are the best. Lots of people I know complain about Cell C network.
