Cell C East Rand Mall - Terrible Service

On Saturday 27 July 2013 I went to Cell C East Rand Mall, where I wanted to pay my cellphone account and have them unblock my phone. The lady who assisted me did not show any interested in wanting to assist me. I was told that I had to first make a deposit at a Nedbank branch and fax the proof of payment to them, than they will unblock my phone within 24 hours. I told her that it was after 12h00 and the banks were closed and i dont have a fax facility either, she told me that they would fax it for me at a charge of R5. My problem is why have a cell c store when you cannot even assist with a payment, and why charge a customer for sending a fax to your headoffice? I than went to Nedbank OR Tambo airport as they are open 24 hours, made the deposit and took the slip to Cell C OR Tambo, where the guy who assited me was fantastic, he sent the prove to headofice, and called them, and had my line unlocked within 10 minutes at no charge. Why should yourr service provider charge you R5 for a fax? They are useless at the East Rand Mall and should really relook into thier policy. The Guy at OR Tambo had my phone unbock with 10 minutes. East Rand mall told me they cannot do that, it takes 24hrs
