Mtn customer service especially the Protea Gardens one, their consultant are product Unknowledgeable i spoke to Sipho who tried to be smart over me and to my surprise he does not know nothing about the product mtn sells and both the guys Sipho and Rrgnald don't even know the company procedure of goods returning policy. He Sipho doesn't know difference between fica, cpa, rica and nca.
Ok i went to want a phone at mtn protea gardens in soweto on the 26 Aug and i've filled in the application form and they call me to say i can come to get the phone and i went to get the phone on the 11 Sept and i've signed the the application form and all that because the printer was not working they said they will send me copies of a contract the following day and they never did.
I've discovered that Nokia Lumia 620 doesn't have fm radio and i went there to change the cellphone cause it doesn't have a radio and want one with a radio they told me they can't give me that 520 cause i've chosen 620.
