Hi,
On Saturday last week (3rd) we went to the east rand mall cell c to sign a contract for an lg optimus l9. We were told that there was no stock, but they were receiving this device during the week and would call us and let us know we could collect it. Guess what? No call from cell c. Today we decided to go to the store and find out why we had not been contacted. The employee said that the stock had not arrived, but that the stock would definately arrive tomorrow or on tuesday, we asked if she was sure, and she Promised the device would be here latest on Tuesday.
This service is absolutely shocking, as it seems to be recurring with cell c. I fully expect my device in my hands on Tuesday evening as promised, and will not put up with this service.
