Solved year old query

Further to my previous complaints that 8ta had taken over a year to refund me for calls that I had erroneously been charged for: A lady by the name of Cleo came back to me and in just 2 weeks has managed to sort out this mess. She has now arranged a credit and kept me informed right through. I was very impressed with her diligence, efficiency and friendliness. She is an asset to 8ta.
