Bought a starter pack, presented my rica documents and the sim has still not been RICA'd... Was promised it would take half an hour... Pathetic, it's the next day.. Worst of all, been calling them the whole morning, and nobody answers... Thanks Ashlyn and vodashop for ruining my daughters birthday!! Called vodacom customer care, and the lady tried to get thru to the branch, but obviously couldn't, then just hung up on me... Pathetic horrible service!!!
