Vodacom Cancellations Department seems to be having trouble with high call volumes. Stemming from two Customer Service Consultants on different occasions, That seems to be the EXCUSE of No Answer. It rings and the VodaDOM voice answers, you enter your number and the VodaDOM voice tells you, "Please hold, we will be attending to your call shortly."
With the ONLY two songs played to you back to back, 20-30 Minutes later, Its either "No ANSWER" or it just "DISCONNECTS."
Seriously it makes me wonder whether Vodacom is really trying to frustrate us from actually cancelling a contract with the prolonged anguish of connection to their relative department OR is their that many customers cancelling or terminating their contracts.
I wonder...
I await for another pathetic Excuse.
