Im a data contract customer with Cell C, which i got through FNB discount offer. My car was broken onto and my laptop bag taken. Since yesterday i have been calling their Call Centre in order for them to do a swim swap for me. I am very upset with their service from calls being dropped on me even by the so called supervisors e.g Richard Pillay and Ayesha Tandy. What i dont understand is that before i have done swim swap with MTN and it has always taken me less that 5mins and 30mins for my new card to be active. But with Cell C, why do i have to wait days to do such a simple thing? I have then requested that they cancel my contract but only to be told that i am in a binding contract, but isnt a contract based on a service level agreed upon? Please just cancel the contract.
