Worst provider with incompetent untrained staff

I have had this cell number since 1998 and have had it on and off contract since then, When rica started i registered on time!! when my contract for said phone expired i went back on pre-paid since then my phone has been block SIX TIMES and every time i managed to get hold of MTN they were able to sort it but why cant it stay fixed?? its an Inconvenience to to this every time, and i am highly upset with how this whole matter has been dealt with. I want this phone sorted so that i can use my airtime i just purchased but then im moving to another provider ASAP...
