The worst service of all time from 2009

My name is Gabisile in 2008 I was part of staff at cell c Midrand I took out a contract for a G800 around December, during September the phone started giving me problems with the software I took it to the cell c store In Jabulani mall where I got a reference number an the amount that was to be paid when it has been fixed. Three months later there was no feed back I went back to the store and I was told the phone was still not fixed, 6 months later I was told the same story. 9 months later I went back and I was told the store was robbed and all the phones were as well which was not my fault but theirs. I kept on communicating with Kevin who said the query was escalated to his manager who never responded from 2009 to 2013 no one from Cell c has ever got back to me. I don't owe cell c even a cent I paid them all the money on the agreed contract. What a worst service from 2009 to 2013 Cell c has not given me my phone back. For the past 4 years I have never even received any feed back from anyone which to me is shocking for such a well know service provider to render such a service. I want my phone back which I have not been able to use for four years.
